How to use: Cut off the base and tip of the leaf. Peel the leaf and extract the inner gelatine by removing the green part (bark). For external use, our Aloe vera gel is ready to use in creams, masks or apply directly on the skin. For food use, it should be washed with plenty of water and left to soak for an hour. Consume the Aloe vera juice. It can be crushed and mixed with juices, smoothies, gazpacho... It is recommended to consume about 50 ml of Aloe vera juice per day. Thus we will bring to our diet the many micronutrients that this plant contains inside (Vitamin A, C, E, B12, B9, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Copper, Manganese, Potassium, Zinc, Chromium, Iron, Amino Acids, Collagen and Elastin)
