The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Olivares de Altomira" comes from the Traditional Cultivation of Centennial Olivares of the Verdeja Castellana variety, endemic to La Alcarria which, with the severe climate of the region and the location of the olive trees in the middle of the Sierra de Altomira, ensures a final product of Authentic Naturalness and Quality, with its own characteristics and differentiated from the rest.

Olivares de Altomira is a family business in a small town in Cuenca, Vellisca.
They started in 2011 marketing their own brand of oil and in 2016 they built their own oil mill with the idea of having a very good organic oil .

They are based on making a quality product and they want this to be their hallmark so that their organic product stands out from the rest of olive oils.
