White fish rhomboid-shaped and covered with small scales. It is fished by hand and on demand, so very fresh and natural product. It is raised in natural places, old salt pans, but controlled where it feeds on the resources of nature but under supervision. In addition, the high salt content of these areas make this turbot in one of the highest quality fish and with a more authentic taste
