Our sea farming is unique in France. Smoked French salmon is renowned for being low fat. Animal welfare is an integral part of our quality policy. Our salmon have a specific diet, from sustainable fishing mainly based on Pacific fish, without GMO* and without antibiotics.
Our fresh rillettes are home-made! Made in our workshop by our artisan smoker, they are composed of over 65% smoked French Salmon.
Ingredients: Smoked Salmon (66%), sweet butter, rapeseed oil, tomato concentrate.

This product has been frozen. It cannot be refrozen. Since thawing is done slowly, the flavor, texture and quality of thawed smoked products remain similar to fresh.
