Cheese made with goat's milk, matured and rested for a minimum of 45 days. They emphasize some pleasant nuances, slightly sharp, related to its origin and that remains in the mouth. Pale white on the outside and ivory white inside. With a goat aroma that finishes rounding this Asturian cheese.

It comes vacuum packed for better transport and conservation in pieces of about 500gr aproximadamnete.

The cheeses are best kept cold. To enjoy its full flavour we advise you to let it acclimatise to room temperature for half an hour before consumption.
