A tartufata made with mushrooms and 5% summer truffle Tuber aestivum concasse, all organically grown.

Ingredients: bedding mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, summer truffle concasse 5% (tuber aestivum), salt, parsley, garlic, natural truffle flavor.

Pot for 4 people.

Ideal for enhancing a pasta dish, risotto, potatoes, scrambled eggs or white meats.
It is also this tartufata that is also used to stuff cheese like brie and make an excellent truffled brie :)
