The story:
The adventure began in 1995, Janine - a manager passionate about the development of Martinique - had the ambition to ship packages of Caribbean products and tropical flowers to France under the brand name Panier des Iles.
She has the ambition to develop Creole gastronomy by sublimating the flavors of Martinique to make them luxury products.
In 2017, Traditional Antillean chocolate was born; a great adventure begins.
In 2018, it will get the Innovation Award at the Salon de la Gastronomie Outremer in Paris.
Since then, the chocolate is also sold in Guadeloupe and on the hexagon.
