Varieties: This wine is the result of the selection of three grape varieties. Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10%, and Garnacha 5%, grapes manually harvested in 15 kg boxes. Depending on the year, partial or total destemming will be carried out depending on the need.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Wide layer of intense and deep ruby color.
Nose: Notes of ripe red fruits, tobacco, cedar, and truffle can be appreciated. Very clean and with good aromatic intensity.
Palate: Good body, with noble tannins from good aging in barrels and very balanced. Tasty, with notes of licorice. Elegant throughout its aromatic evolution.
Service Recommendations: It is recommended to uncork and decant between 30 and 45 minutes before, in order to appreciate its full aromatic potential and plenitude. It is bottled without any type of filtration.
