Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Description: This extra virgin olive oil with low acidity and cold extracted, is an exclusive product that stands out for its high quality, due to the careful process of harvesting and processing. It is distinguished by the special selection of a variety of olive: Picuda. Harvesting takes place during the month of October, when the olives are practically green (harvested before they are ripe) and always directly from the tree, thus avoiding direct contact with the ground. Special mention should be made of the fact that the fruit from which this oil is obtained comes from olive trees that are mostly centenarians, not very productive and difficult to mechanize (due to the physiological characteristics of this variety of olive tree and the difficult conditions of the land). Consequently, the production of this exclusive olive juice is very limited
Tasting: It presents a great olfactory complexity with an excellent fruity character and a mixture of aromas of fresh grass and tomato. Low bitterness and medium spiciness. Intense green appearance.
