When the olives are harvested early, when "green", the fruity aromas of tomato, olive leaf, fig tree, grass... are shown by the oil.
Presentation in a 500 ml. sealed bottle in a cardboard tube and dispenser. It is presented in glass bottles, protected from light and heat by a cardboard cylinder, to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
