100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham, made from 50% Iberian pig, raised freely and fed on acorns during the montanera season. The curing and resting process is done completely artisanally, by master ham makers, in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, declared as "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO itself: the authentic acorn-fed ham. It has a bright red color, with just the right amount of marbling to provide smoothness. Its aroma is intense, it is very juicy, its texture is soft, and its unmistakable and intense flavor lingers in the mouth.
