Production and Aging

Alaya Tierra is a 100% Monovarietal Garnacha Tintorera wine. Maceration-fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 15 months.

  • Appearance: Alaya Tierra has an intense cherry color with very high intensity and vibrant red tones.
  • Nose: Interesting and complex aromatic profile with prominent mineral and ripe black and red fruit notes, along with pleasant hints of new wood.
