Martín Codax Lías 2019, made with 100% albariño grapes, is a wine that perfectly combines tradition and modernity. It is silky, long, and very tasty.
Bodegas Martín Códax, founded in 1986, took its name from a famous Galician troubadour. Their excellent work over the years has earned them great worldwide recognition.
Martín Codax Lías 2017 comes from the grapes of the Albariño variety from its experimental vineyard Pé Redondo and the lees are carefully selected from all the tanks in the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the aging for 12 months is also done in stainless steel.
Martín Codax Lías 2019 pairs perfectly with rice dishes, semi-cured cheeses, pasta, and fish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 12ºC.
