Made by Bodega Sommos Garnacha (Murero, Zaragoza). Denomination of Origin Calatayud.
Vineyard: average age of the vineyard of 40 years.
Ageing: aged on its lees in a selection of French oak barrels for 12 months. The "battonage" technique is used to seek the balance that gives the maximum fruity expression of the Grenache variety and its terroirs.
