Anchoa López Cantábrico 8 Units contains eight first class anchovy fillets, with two years of maturation and the quality seal of the Anchoas López Double Gold Coastal Series.
Packaging
The anchovies will be supplied in aluminium cans with an inner varnish reference 520004 from Azconobel. These packaging materials are approved for use in foodstuffs as stipulated in Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 of 27 October 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as in Annex IV of EU Regulation 10/2011.
Conservation
In accordance with Royal Decree 640/2006 of 26 May 2006, which regulates certain conditions for the application of Community provisions on hygiene, production and marketing of foodstuffs, it is advisable to keep processed fishery products close to the melting point. It is therefore recommended to keep the product at a refrigeration temperature between 0ºC and 5ºC.
