Angel Diaz's Cabrales cheese is one of the most awarded cheeses of the protected designation of origin Queso Cabrales. Made in Tielve, in the Cabrales Council, in the cave of Concha Parda, it is one of the best Cabrales cheeses made in a mountain cave. It is a tasty and powerful cheese with spicy notes and a light taste of nuts and a pronounced aftertaste, with an intense and penetrating smell and a creamy texture, which is always at its best and never disappoints. It is sold in wedges of approximately 240-250 grams, vacuum packed. It can enhance dessert recipes, meats and fish, as well as be used in salads, but it is best enjoyed for its incomparable flavor naturally.
