To bring out all the flavors and textures of these wonderful products, you should soak the cured pork shoulder and pancetta in lukewarm water. In a pot, place the pancetta, cured pork shoulder, blood sausage, and chorizo, and continue the recipe by adding the rest of the ingredients for your stew or fabada on top.
