The Arlequín brand anchovies are a delicious preparation made from the bocarte, a small fish rich in Omega-3 and a source of proteins, which swim in our waters of the Cantabrian Sea. Our Oro series meets all the conditions for the anchovy you are going to eat to be of top quality, anchovy from the Cantabrian bocarte, selected and individually prepared and packaged in an easy-to-open can with two layers of anchovies separated by waxed paper so you can serve your anchovies anytime, anywhere. Our raw material, Engraulis encrasicolus, currently arrives at our facilities in Santoña fresh, and after a maturation process in a salty environment and a hand-cleaning and preparation, we obtain our Anchovy fillets to which we only add salt and olive oil. With these simple but carefully crafted steps, we achieve anchovies full of flavor, perfect for enjoying on any occasion. They are a source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A and B, and due to their low calories and high protein content, they are an essential food in any healthy diet.
