Our Platinum series is a limited edition of only 4500 units and meets all the conditions for the anchovy you are going to eat to be a delicacy in your mouth, anchovy from the Cantabrian anchovy, from the spring coastal area, of medium size, chosen one by one and hand rubbed for you to enjoy its completely clean flesh and preserved in first quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Arlequín Canned Foods was founded as an anchovy canning company in salt in Santoña, the heart of the Cantabrian Sea, a cannery that continues to operate at full capacity today to present us with its best anchovies, white anchovies, and canned tuna.
Our raw material, Engraulis encrasicolus, currently arrives at our facilities in Santoña fresh, where it undergoes a maturation process in a salty environment and after a hand-cleaning and preparation, we obtain our anchovy fillets to which we only add salt and virgin olive oil, and we pack them in a round can, with a single layer, so that you can see the quality of our anchovies as you open the container, thanks to its easy-open lid, and you can taste them at any time and place.
