Varieties: 71% old Garnacha; 22% old Tempranillo and 7% Syrah.
Ageing: a third of the blend remains in French and American oak Bordeaux barrels for nine months.
Tasting notes: Intense purple colour. Aromas of black fruits (blackberries, blueberries) and plums with hints of vanilla, coffee and truffle. Great structure in the mouth with a long persistent finish.
Food pairing: game stews, grilled meats, cured cheeses.
Serve at 16-18º C.
