Artichokes in oil represent an excellence of the company's gastronomic tradition. The production of this typical product from Apulia begins in September. In fact, in this month, the cultivation of the artichoke starts in the family farm, which continues with careful irrigation and control until the precious "artichoke" blooms in spring. Very short supply chain: made exclusively by hand from a "raw" product and packaged only 8 hours after harvesting. Usage: Ideal as an appetizer, snack, or as a condiment for salads, pizzas, bruschetta, first or second courses based on meat or fish. Storage: Store at room temperature and away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
