Baigorri Crianza wine.

Elaboration and aging

Baigorri Crianza is made with Tempranillo, garnacha, and small proportions of other varieties. All varieties are hand-selected, grape by grape, using vibrating and weight selection tables. Destemmed grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and long intracellular fermentations. Musts are naturally remounted by gravity, using the submerged cap as an aid in the elaboration.

Aged for 14 months in American, French, and Russian oak barrels from the Caucaso.

Tasting Notes for Baigorri Crianza

• Appearance: Baigorri Crianza has an intense cherry color with a medium-high layer.
• Nose: Aromas of black fruit and compote, spices, dairy, and a long retronasal passage.
• Palate: On the palate, it is elegant and silky.

Pairing

Baigorri Crianza is ideal to accompany any type of stews, seasonal vegetables, white meats and light game, rice dishes, and tapas in general. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
