The main plants from which we obtain our harvest are Rosemary, Thyme or Lavender among others:
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) It is a common plant species in the Iberian Peninsula and throughout the Mediterranean basin, a subshrub belonging to the labiate family, perennial, leafy, and highly branched. The active principles are concentrated in the leaves, the flowering lasts almost all year round and produces labiated flowers grouped together, the fruit is a brown tetraquenium. The whole plant gives off a strong and aromatic odor, somewhat camphorated. Its characteristic flavor is also aromatic and rough. The rosemary plant is carminative, digestive, and antispasmodic, the favorable effect it has on digestion occurs by acting on several levels.
Thyme (thymus)
An aromatic plant originating from North Africa and the Mediterranean. Its leaf and flower serve as medicine and seasoning, there are different varieties. Highly visited by bees. It has a bushy shape, woody trunk, small leaves, and flowers.
A plant rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, among other components, which is attributed a great nutritional value that favors the immune system, anti-inflammatory, and expectorant properties, among others.
Lavender
