Cook in plenty of boiling water with a little salt and olive oil for 7-8 minutes. To give a special and different flavor you can put a bay leaf in the water. Drain, and add one more teaspoon of olive oil. Serve with chopped fresh herbs (basil, chives, cilantro, parsley, rosemary...), sun-dried tomatoes, sautéed vegetables, or with your favorite sauce and store in a cool, dry place.
