Blaneo Rosé is a Navarra D.O. wine made from 100% Grenache grapes by Bodegas Pagos De Araiz.
Blaneo Rosé is produced using carefully selected grapes from goblet-grown Grenache vineyards located in the Lower Mountains. These vines, with an average age of 70 years, are the same ones used in the production of our Blaneo Garnacha. Located in high areas with Pyrenean and Atlantic influences, they offer additional freshness and acidity. As they are owned by the winery, these vines are monitored and tended daily by our staff.
The Garnacha grapes are harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness, prioritising aromatic potential and freshness to achieve an attractive colour. Harvesting is done at night to take advantage of the low temperatures, avoiding maceration, and is transported quickly to the winery.
The extraction of the tear must is carried out by immediate bleeding into the tanks. Subsequently, the must ferments slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its lees for two months before being racked and clarified before bottling.
APPEARANCE: It has a soft pinkish hue with salmon tones, pale, bright and attractive.
NOSE: The bouquet is clear, highlighting notes of white flowers and yellow fruits. Clean and intense aromatics are perceived.
MOUTH: It starts with a lively and fresh entry, showing fullness in its development. This wine is characterised by its harmonious structure and its cheerful character, with an easy passage. The acidity is balanced and intense, and the finish is long, with a fruity persistence.
