Single varietal Verdejo from vineyards located in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca , all in the province of Valladolid. As a curiosity, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit , and the vinification is traditionalin stainless steel tanks. A very aromatic wine, with citrus aromas assembled with herbaceous touches and aniseed nuances.
