Small vegetable capsules with high-quality boron content. This chemical element is part of our diet but in very small amounts, as foods containing it have it in very low concentration. These foods can include beans, nuts, cereals, some fruits and berries... it can even be found in drinking water. Boron is very important for restrictive diets such as vegans, vegetarians, or followers of kosher diets.
Boron (boric acid). Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
The recommended daily dose for an adult is one 3mg vegetable capsule per day, preferably during one of the meals.
