Bodegas Borsao produces wines in the D.O. Campo de Borja since 1981 with great potential in its vineyards and great sensitivity for well-done work.
Borsao Tres Picos 2020, made 100% from the Garnacha grape variety. Maceration for a total of 20-25 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25º - 30º.
The wine undergoes 5 months of aging in new Bordeaux barrels made of French oak.
Appearance: Borsao Tres Picos has a very intense cherry red color with purple tones.
Nose: On the nose, it shows a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruits with floral undertones.
Palate: On the palate, it is a rich and well-structured wine that evokes flavors of blackberry, plum, and hints of leather and vanilla, with a sweet and silky tannin.
Borsao Tres Picos is ideal to accompany meat stews such as braised Iberian pork cheeks, Iberian sausages, blood sausage scramble, and breadcrumbs.
