Jade Imperial is a limited edition made with Picual olives, from the highest parts of our estate, harvested in the early days of the harvest season, giving it that characteristic green Picual hue of our Jaen region. Its production process is carried out with the utmost care, ensuring the optimal properties of the oil are obtained. Its aroma reminds us of the fragrance of the ancient olive groves at the foot of Sierra Morena, bathed by the Guadalquivir River basin. Fresh grass and tomato dominate this sensation. Being our best jewel and acquiring a color similar to Jade stone. This nomenclature dates back to the time of the Spanish conquistadors in the Americas. More than any other precious stone, Jade is revered in the heart of Asian culture. Considered a royal gem, called by the ancient Chinese the "Gem of Heaven".
