Jade Imperial is a limited edition made with picual variety olives, from the highest parts of our estate, harvested in the early days of the harvest, giving it that characteristic green picual hue of our region in Jaen. Its production process is carried out with the utmost care, ensuring the optimal properties of the oil are obtained. Its aroma reminds us of the fragrance of the centuries-old olive groves at the foot of the Sierra Morena, bathed by the Guadalquivir river basin. Fresh grass and tomato dominate that sensation.
