Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Description: This extra virgin olive oil of high quality extracted cold, stands out for being a single variety of the Picual variety with D.O. Sierra de Cazorla. Harvesting is done mostly mechanized, during the months of November and December, with the fruit perfectly ripe, which causes a smooth taste in the mouth.

Tasting: Medium intense fruity aroma, with notes of freshly cut grass, pleasant smell of alloza (green almond), tomato, leaf, apple and fig. Low bitterness and spiciness. Intense yellow colour.
