Description: This extra virgin olive oil of high quality extracted cold, stands out for being a single variety of the Picual variety with D.O. Sierra de Cazorla. The harvesting is done mostly mechanized, during the months of November and December, with the fruit perfectly ripe, which causes a smooth taste in the mouth

Tasting: Medium intense fruity aroma, with notes of freshly cut grass, pleasant smell of alloza (green almond), tomato, leaf, apple and fig. Low bitterness and spiciness. Intense yellow colour.
