It obtains all its flavor through a double process of ageing, first in barrels of American white Oak and, after the adequate rest, are transferred to European red oak casks that have served for the aging of Pedro Ximénez odorous wines. The result is a soft and aromatic rum with a slight presence of woody notes and traces of caramel, honey and nuts. Soft, fruity and slightly sweet, it has a pleasant, light and very balanced finish.
