Cair Cuvée 2019 is a very fresh and indulgent red wine from Ribera. It is highly representative of the great Ribera wines from the Burgos region.
It is part of the Luis Cañas family of Ribera wines, and the goal of this winery is to create a typical Ribera wine that pairs perfectly with the Rioja wines they already produce, which have won numerous awards.
Cair Cuvée 2019 is a blend of Tempranillo and Merlot from low-yield vineyards planted at about 900 meters above sea level, which give small, doubly selected grapes before proceeding to vinification. It is produced by Luis Cañas.
Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels between one and three years old.
Meat and vegetable rice dishes, cured meats, grilled red meats, roasts, and white meats with sauce are recommended to pair with this red wine.
It is recommended to serve this red wine at a temperature of 16ºC.
