More than 40 different varieties of apples are selected, pressed, and allowed to naturally ferment until it turns into cider.
The cider is distilled twice in copper stills before being aged for at least four years in oak barrels and blended to make this rich, smooth, complex spirit with its excellent aromas of ripe apples.
