Our cava is elegant, fine, and charming. With a very pale pink color and golden highlights. With a fine and constant bubble in the mouth, it is a true explosion of red fruits combined with citrus, dairy, and some delicate pastry notes. Tasty, with well-integrated carbonation and a friendly mouthfeel. The finish is very fruity and creamy with hints of licorice and very good acidity that gives a fresh finish. Limited production to 21,000 bottles.
