After malolactic fermentation, the wine must was introduced into French oak barrels to remain in them for a minimum of 4 months. The barrels have an age range between zero and three years, with 25% of new barrels. The fermentation temperature was around 28°C.
Ideal for accompanying rice dishes, meats, game, and aged cheeses.
It is recommended to consume this red wine at a temperature of 16°C.
