Celeste Roble 2021 is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero D.O. produced by Torres using the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety.
Torres is a family-owned company with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. This winery currently has great international prestige and exports to over 140 countries worldwide.
Celeste Roble 2021 is a monovarietal of Tinto Fino. The grapes used by Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located at 900 meters of altitude, in the town of Peñafiel. The maceration lasts a total of 20 days with its skins, the fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts one week and is carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging lasts a total of 3 months in barrels.
Celeste Roble is ideal to accompany roasted red meats, barbecues, game meat, white meats, grilled red meats, and beef.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16-18ºC.
