Elaboration and aging

Celeste Roble 2021 is a monovarietal of Tinto Fino. The grapes used by Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located at 900 meters of altitude, in the town of Peñafiel. The maceration lasts a total of 20 days with its skins, the fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts one week and is carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging lasts a total of 3 months in barrels.
