Made with a blend of 36% Macabeo, 14% Xarel-lo and 50% Parellada, it is aged with its mothers for 6 years in the cellars of the winery. The result is a long aging cava with notes of ripe white fruit without losing its fresh character especially highlighted by the Parellada in this blend. Pairs well with main courses of meat or fish and Asian cuisine.
