Big crush for this Château Haut Rian - Les Acacias Enough to make the great Pessac-Léognan wines blush! A dry white wine, woody and round thanks to the Sémillon grape and its fermentation in new barrels. The bouquet is rich in aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers on a grilled and smoky background from aging in barrels. The wood is perfectly mastered in a full and silky mouth, enhanced by a mineral and fruity freshness. Very nice length in the mouth that prolongs the pleasure. It is extremely well done and precise. Best paired with white meats or fish in sauce. Enjoy!
