A complete and delicious dish prepared with chickpeas Pedrosillanos variety with fried tomato from Mansilla to eat. We use a variety of chickpea traditionally grown in the Leonese region of Maragatería. It is a medium-sized chickpea, buttery, with a very thin skin and with a lot of flavour, coming from dry land.
