A complete and delicious dish of chickpeas with mushrooms ready to eat. We use a variety of chickpea traditionally grown in the Leonese region of Maragatería. It is a medium-sized chickpea, buttery, with a very thin skin and with a lot of flavour, coming from dry land. Our ready meals are designed to heat and eat, or for the consumer to add the ingredients you want, so that, with the same dish, you can make different versions
