Remove the chorizos from the griddle or frying pan, place them on a plate and leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Oven: Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 240 ºC (air oven). Remove the product from the film and cut it to the desired thickness. Place the chorizos on a tray and bake for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chorizos from the oven, place them on a plate and leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
