RED WINE CHOZAS CARRASCAL LAS 2 CES

It is a project of the López Family, together with the renowned French winemaker Michael Poudou. The Chozas Carrascal estate is located 700 meters above sea level, in San Antonio de Requena, between the towns of Requena and Utiel. In this area, the vineyard has low but high-quality productions, with very alcoholic and concentrated wines. The grapes are harvested in the early morning when they are cold. It has concrete and steel tanks, being the subject of study at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Chozas Carrascal winery is committed to environmental protection. In 2010, all its wines obtained organic certification.

It is a wine made with a blend of Bobal, Tempranillo, and Syrah grapes, with a different maceration for each grape variety and fermentation at less than 25ºC. The blend is made before bottling.
