Farmer's cider vinegar is prepared in a small Normandy farm in France, which produces only apples.
This vinegar is a 100% natural product, very tasty, for use in salad or deglazing meat. Apple cider vinegar has many qualities and the one we offer is from a small cider farm that has its own apple orchards. Bottle 50cl.
Cider Vinegar, is a natural product obtained from cider apples after an alcoholic fermentation that transforms apple juice into cider followed by an acetic fermentation that transforms cider into cider vinegar.
During this last fermentation, acetic bacteria progressively transform the alcohol into acetic acid under the effect of temperature, thus forming cider vinegar. The acetic fermentation can be done alone in contact with the air, or be triggered using a mother of vinegar.
Made naturally, this pure cider vinegar, with many properties can also be used in various remedies of grandmothers. An exceptional vinegar unique in the world!
