Directions for use

Take 10 g (two measuring spoons) per day divided into one or two doses. Dissolve in a glass of water or juice (200 ml) and shake to improve dissolution. Separating into two doses is beneficial for better assimilation of the active ingredients. It is recommended to consume the product for at least three months.
