Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is the boldest and most recent bet from Bodegas Muga in Rioja. Made with garnacha grapes.
Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is made through direct pressing, fermentation in 1,000-liter tanks at 14ºC.
Then it is aged for 4 months on its own lees before proceeding to tirage. The second fermentation takes place at 12ºC for 4 months and remains in rime for a minimum of 14 more months, always stored at low temperature.
Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is ideal to accompany Iberian cured meats, appetizers, and smoked salmon. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
