The Coto de Hayas Joven Magnum Red Wine is made from grapes selected from vineyards over 30 years old (Garnacha) and 20 years old (Syrah).

WINEMAKING Traditional method fermenting at less than 25ºC. A maceration is carried out over 8 days in stainless steel tanks and semi carbonic maceration in the Syrah variety. Once the desired parameters have been obtained, the wine is bled and pressed. After the malolactic fermentations, the two varieties are blended.

Color: Intense cherry red with violet hues, very clean and bright

Aroma: High intensity, it has a clean and powerful aroma with a marked varietal character. Fruity and floral nuances are assembled, bringing complexity and quality to the wine.

Mouth: Smooth attack, ample and structured, round, rich in nuances, with ample aftertaste.
