We hydrate the couscous, dress it with EVOO and separate it manually to make it loose. We steam the vegetables, sauté the cherry tomatoes and bake the chicken breast, coated in a spice mix that we make ourselves, at a low temperature to make it very juicy. We arrange the couscous, vegetables, black olives, sautéed cherry tomatoes, and the chicken breast. We garnish with raw cashews and drizzle with a little EVOO infused with fresh mint. The dishes in the Lifestyle line follow the Realfood philosophy 100%, they are low in salt and fats; they are light, nutritious, and for their preparation, we only use healthy and natural ingredients, without any additives. This dish may contain allergens since, for now, all the dishes are artisanally made in the same workshop.
