Creatine is mainly stored in skeletal muscle in the form of phosphate (PCr or phosphocreatine) and serves as an immediate source of energy (ATP). It is a dietary supplement used to reduce muscle fatigue, particularly in anaerobic sports that involve high intensity and repetitive high load exercises with little rest periods. Its effectiveness has been shown in the treatment of sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass due to aging). Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant against free radicals formed during exercise. Fructooligosaccharides do not play a direct role in the sports exercise cycle, but indirectly the intestinal flora will work better and this results in better digestion, less flatulence and gas; as well as less intestinal discomfort, more regular bowel movements and greater digestive well-being.
Monohydrate creatine, L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sweetener: sucralose (E 955) (maltodextrin), acidulant: citric acid (E 330) and lemon flavor (corn starch and silica (E 551)).
Take 2g (half a measuring spoon) 1 to 2 times a day. Keep in a cool, dry place.
